Automatic hand towel folding machine is for the production of N- fold rectangular towels,The jumbo rolls which have been slitted into the desired width as the raw material of paper towel.The machine are controlled by PLC and HMI touch screen control panel,and it can be monitored the operation situation by the modem . With timing belt and gearbox transmission, which can meet the need for variable raw material, highly improved the quality and efficiency.
1.1 Raw tissue paper:
- Parent rolls size: Depends on the type of machine (diameter*width);
- Tissue character: 35-45gsm, single ply wet strengthen wood pulp paper, good air permeability

1.2. Tissue paper feeding unit:
- One set paper stand, flat belt for feeding paper (pneumatic),
- Pneumatic paper-mounting unit
1.3. Embossing unit:
- One set steel roll against steel roll (the pattern as per customer¡¯s requirement.)
